About Us

I will not forget you because I am carrying you home with me in my heart.

Agnus and Dianne.jpg

Dianne Webb fell in love with the hospitality but was overwhelmed by the poverty rate of the Kenyan children, orphans, and widows who asked her never to forget them. Dianne vowed to carry them in her heart.

Her love developed in establishing Tabitha Outreach Foundation, a 501c3 in the year 2018, which was an avenue to raise funds to support the underserved she came across.

PURPOSE

2.1 Purpose

Transforming the lives of orphans, widows and the fatherless who live in poverty in Southwest Kenya, by providing education and life skills training while working passionately to relieve their immediate suffering.

ARTICLE III

USES OF FUNDS FOR WIDOWS

3.1

To provide funds for skills training and among other startup items, sewing machines and supplies for the widows to enable them the means to create their own business. This would give them an opportunity to become self-supporting raising their own standard of living. This would also allow the widows with children to have an income that would assist them in paying for the education of their children.

This training will also allow the widows a skill to then share with the orphans, thus giving them the resources needed for a vocation. This in turn will enable them to break out of a life of poverty.

The sewing machines shall remain the property of the foundation to be returned when no longer needed or wanted unless the widow decides to purchase the machine. Training in caring for the machines will be provided and the initial materials needed to start a sewing/tailoring business.

3.2

Funds, as available, will also be provided for other widows to have other means of income. Such as, but not limited, having supplies and resources to operate a roadside market, to rent farm land, to learn a trade, and so on.

3.3

Funds will also be used to provide business training and financial training.

3.4

Funds, as available, will continue to be used for the widows for food and other physical necessities.

ARTICLE IV
